an error occurred when retrieving message list.
( see screenshot )

updated to version 7.3.0.3 and issue still persists
(only line number has changed) :

Understood, thanks. We're going to release v7.4 of the product within a couple of weeks, there's a number of iconv-related improvements in there so there's a good chance that this upgrade will help.

is there some workaround we can use on current version?
is there an option to find the message causing this issue in order to remove it?


also, this error prevents all mail items from being listed, any way to only drom the messages with illegal characters.

Currently, there's no workaround available I'm afraid. And checking WebMail logs does not ensure locating the problematic email.
