Hello, quick question, I installed the cpanel version of the AfterLogic Webmail and everything is working great. I see that it left the install folder on the server (/root/webmail-panel-installer), can I safely remove this folder?

Sure, it's perfectly safe to remove the folder. If you might need to upgrade to a newer version in the future, you can always download that one again.
