The Issue Still Occurs When I Edit settings.xml Only on the 1 Of 2 Servers. Any Suggestions as to what the Server Tech should Look For in the area of Resolving This?

Maybe some kind of encoding in the file? Such as line endings are not CRLF, unicode byte order marks, etc.

Thanks. Seems like the file starts with multiple spaces prior to opening <?xml tag, which is causing the issue. If you remove any spaces/tabs which preceed that tag, everything should work as expected.

When I Edit settings.xml, that Server seems to Add Spaces sometimes at the Top of that file. And it Always Adds Spaces to the Bottom of that File. It's Fixed Now! The Bottom Space Isn't an Issue. Much Thanks!    

When logging in, it acts like it is logging in, but then it Stops. So I Re Installed, and it was fine until I Edited the Skins directory. Then I Changed Skins back to Default, and I still Can't log in. Any Insight?
