i can session start at admin panel, but I do not know of user for a web mail, and on the admin panel, i can't create accounts? help me! how I can use it?

WebMail can only be used to access existing email accounts only. Make sure default domain account settings point to IMAP/SMTP server you intend to use; if both webmail and mailserver are on the same box, no need to reconfigure anything. Users should be able to log in using main page of WebMail right away, you don't have to add them manually via adminpanel.
