Hi, I would like to know, how can I implement poppassd server with cPanel or is there any alternative to change password from webmail in WebMail Lite.

I believe cPanel offers password change feature when you're logged into webmail gateway, on the screen where you get the selection of webmail clients. And as far as I can tell, cPanel doesn't support POPPASSD but they have some API for password change, so you can modify one of the existing password change plugins and implement this; we'll be happy to include such plugin into our repository of course.
