Hi,
I have followed the guide here:

1. Downloaded the plug in and putted into data/plugins/recaptcha
2. Added in config.php the code
3. the login page once saved config.php no more works.

It's very hard activate ReCaptcha and I'M unable to do.

The behavior sounds like something caused by syntax error in config.php file, make sure you have all the array items separated with commas. Checking PHP/webserver logs may help as well.

I can see this error in server error log on web-mail recaptcha:
Client denied by server configuration

I can't understand what kind of permission the plugin recaptcha needs.
All works fine in my server, why recaptcha required special permission?

Are you sure are an error of Apache configuration? Maybe is only a configuration, without error.

I can't understand what this error means.

So yes, this looks like configuration error, and the link I've provided is the first one Google search returns when looking up that error message.
