Hello,
I just wanna ask whats the problem when I click download(attachment) from the email, there is nothing happen, and when I click View attachment, I got 500 Internal Server Error popup.

To find out what's causing that, you would need to check webserver / PHP logs.

Its work fine if I download it using default mail cpanel (roundcube)

Most likely, that's caused by an error on a deeper level, see if there are any errors in webserver / PHP logs.
