Hi Igor,
This Or Next Week, I Desire To ADD A DEDICATED IP To The Web Site That I Use To Provide Web Mail. After I Have The DEDICATED IP, Then I Assume That I Need To Request To Have A SSL Certificate Created. Then After That, I Simply CHANGE The 2 Below To ON, Correct? If I Change Then To On NOW, Is That OK, Or Should I Wait? When BOTH Of Those Are ON, Then My Valued Users Can Use BOTH STANDARD Or SECURE Web Mail, Correct? 
<OutgoingMailUseSSL>Off</OutgoingMailUseSSL>
<OIncomingMailUseSSL>Off</IncomingMailUseSSL>
And Does The INCOMING & OUTGOING PORT STAY THE SAME?

No-no, those SSL settings apply to accessing mail servers via SSL, not for accessing WebMail itself. The configuration related to this is done on web server only. It's quite OK to have webmail access via SSL (https) while mail ports are non-SSL ones (25 for SMTP, 143 for IMAP, 110 for POP3) - you can have them both configured for SSL, of course.
If you don't mind my asking: What's The Deal With Writing Like This? I'm really curious ;)

I Simply Prefer Writing Like This.
I Know Have A SSL Certificate For My Web Mail Site. So When Logging In Using https, User & Pass, Reading & Writing Emails Is NOW ENCRYPTED, CORRECT?

My NEW SSL Certificate Is Running Fine On MOST Browsers, However On FIREFOX, It Says UNTRUSTED. Is There A EASY WAY To Make ALL IMAGES & LINKS For The Web Mail (https)?

That's right, traffic between web server and web browser is encrypted.

I understand you're speaking of links and images found in email messages, right?
I wish there were a simple solution, but nowadays, only small part of web resources have https version, so if you take a random link and replace "http://" with "https://", chances are high the link won't work.
Ideally, messages themselves must be composed so that protocol isn't specified at all, but that sounds like science fiction

My SSL FULLY Is Working On ALL Browsers NOW! It WASN'T An Image Issue. Firefox Simply Said NOT TRUSTED. My SSL Was ONLY PARTLY Created At That Time.

With My Custom Replying WITHOUT The Original Message, When Replying In A SEPARATE WINDOW, It STILL SHOWS The Original Message. However, It's Kind Of Neat To Have It BOTH Ways.

Right, it's built in a different way in that mode.
In mini-webmail.php file, at its very end, locate the code of the following kind:

ViewMessage.isReplyHtml = true;
ViewMessage.isReplyPlain = true;
ViewMessage.isForwardHtml = true;
... |

A couple of lines should be added within echo construct:

ViewMessage.replyHtml = "";
ViewMessage.replyPlain = "";
ViewMessage.isReplyHtml = true;
ViewMessage.isReplyPlain = true;
ViewMessage.isForwardHtml = true;
... |
|
|
Those additional lines will clear HTML and plaintext reply, respectively; you can leave just one of those, depending on your requirements.

NEAT! When Replying In A Separate Window, It NOW DOESN'T Show The Original Message, And It's ALWAYS HTML Replies! If The Same Window Replying Did That, It Would Be REALLY NEAT!

Try playing with 'reply_html', 'reply_plain', 'forward_html' and 'forward_plain' mentioned in application/xml-builder.php file. If you're successful, feel free to share with the community.
