I cann't my email acount...
this is error log...
help me...plz...

I must say we've never encountered this kind of issue. I've asked the developers to look into this, they'll probably need to reproduce the problem.
Would it be possible for you to provide remote access to your installation? We would probably need SSH access and test account details, you can provide the credentials via HelpDesk.
