i would let the user change only the password of his account and not other settings (so that he can change the password of his email and then the password of his webamail account accordingly), is it possible or it could be a new feature?

At the moment the only solution is to delete and recreate the account loosing all data, contacts etc. and it is not a great thing!

The reason of not let the user change the settings is that i want him only to use my server email and not other external servers.

MailBee WebMail Pro stores last used valid password in its database for each account. Thus, when account password is changed on mail server, user should simply log into his/her account with new password. The password will be automatically updated in MailBee WebMail Pro database during login stage.

Thus, it is not necessary to allow users only to change their passwords in MailBee WebMail Pro. Instead of this, you can prohibit users to change all their account settings via "WebMail Administration Console". Thus, accordingly to the feature described above, MailBee WebMail Pro user account will save all its settings and have new password.

To prohibit users to change their account settings, go to Administration Console, click at "WebMail Settings" and remove tick from "Allow users to change email settings" checkbox.

Regards,
Alex
