Outlook Sync Add-In makes it possible to synchronize address books and calendars of Microsoft Outlook and MailSuite Pro.
Using the mobile sync powered by world's leading Funambol technology, you can synchronize contacts and calendars stored in MailSuite Pro with your mobile device. If the device supports SyncML protocol, you can use the client shipped with your phone. If not, you can find clients for hundreds of devices at Funambol web site. Mobile sync can work with the variety of devices:
- Blackberry (contacts and calendar);
- Windows Mobile (contacts and calendar);
- iPhone (contacts only);
- Android (contacts only);
- any Java-enabled device.
Funambol server is automatically downloaded and configured during MailSuite Pro installation procedure.
MailSuite Pro supports global address book. It can be enabled either system-wide or per domain and works in a way that is completely transparent to the users: simply start typing the recipient name or e-mail address when composing a message, and the accounts in the global address book will appear in the auto-complete list together with the personal contacts that match the typed input.
In addition to AJAX-powered MailSuite Pro interface, PDA interface is also available. It allows users to access their mails, contacts and calendars from any mobile device.
