Main settings

Password
user's password.
Max Mailbox Size
maximum mailbox size that limits amount of mail which can be stored in the mailbox.

WebMail Settings

Friendly Name
friendly name is added to "From" field of outgoing messages. E.g. e-mail is john@domain.com, friendly name is John Doe, full e-mail address will be "John Doe" <john@domain.com>
Use Friendly Name in "From:" field
tells if friendly name ("Friendly Name" field) should be added to "From" field of outgoing messages.
Get/Synchronize Mails at login
forces WebMail to automatically start receiving message after logging user in.
Allow user to change email settings
allows/disallows users to change e-mail settings.
Messages per page
number of messages which should be displayed per page in user's message list.
Contacts per page
number of contacts which should be displayed per page in user's contacts list.
Disable rich-text editor
allows/disallows user to use rich-text editor. If rich-text editor is disabled, only plain-text editor is available for the user.
Skin
defines default skin for the user.
Default charset
defines default charset for the user.
Default time offset
defines default time offset (time zone) for the user.
Default language
defines default UI language for the user.
Message list with preview pane
enables/disables message preview pane for the user.
Always show pictures in messages
if disabled, external (non-embedded into message) pictures are not displayed, but user is able to display it by clicking special link. Pictures contained in message are displayed anyway.

Aliases

Aliases are e-mail address synonyms. Aliases work within the same domain only, i.e. you can add pure usernames only, domain part of resulting e-mail address will be the same as domain of the account the alias belongs to. All messages sent to any alias will be delivered to the account the aliases point to.

Forwards tab

All messages sent to account the forwards belong to will be automatically sent to the specified e-mail addresses. Forwarded messages are also stored in accounts they originally sent to.
