Outlook Sync Add-in

Outlook Sync Add-In integrates with your Outlook 2003 or 2007 and allows you to easily synchronize events between your Outlook and WebMail Pro calendars.

Download Outlook Sync Add-in

How to use

After installing Outlook Sync Add-in, run Outlook.

Before starting synchronization between Outlook and AfterLogic WebMail Pro, you should configure Outlook Sync Add-in and specify credentials of necessary WebMail Pro user account.

To do this, select Tools > Options... menu item in your Outlook. In "Options" window, choose "WebMail Pro Sync" tab.

Here, you should specify URL of your WebMail Pro installation in "URL" field (if the URL doesn't contain protocol definition, HTTP will be used). In "E-mail" and "Password" fields, you should specify e-mail address and password of your WebMail Pro account.

Pressing "Test Connection" button allows you to check if the settings are correct. If everything is correct, you'll see the following confirmation:

After that, press "OK" button in "Options" window to save the settings and close the window.

To start synchronization, press "WebMail Pro" button in "Standard" toolbar:

On starting synchronization, you'll see the following text in Outlook status line:

After successful synchronization, you'll see the following text:

On synchronization error, you'll see error description.

NOTE: Sometimes, Outlook may display sync results not right away after synchronization (e.g. new calendars don't appear in calendars list). To resolve this issue, try to change the current folder via "Go" menu item and then return back to that folder.
