Hello,
I did a upgrade to version 7.4.0.3 and the default login logo is missing skin. In addition, the log is missing various icons. Attachment icon, etc ... You do not know what to fix?

Can you please provide a screenshot reflecting the issue? Also, can you confirm you have completely removed files of the old version as upgrading instructions require? If you setup new version separately from the scratch, does it work fine?

I performed the upgrade. I copied files settings.xml and config.php
The problem was on the side of the browser. It made only with https protocol in Mozilla firefox version 31. IE was ok. I performed the upgrade to Firefox 32 when the browser is closed and now everything is fine. So please do not be angry.

In my case, users of IE 8 don't see any icons. Neither in logo screen nor in mail screen. And the box "remember password" does not work. All other browsers work well.

Current version is 7.4.0.7 - does the issue persist there as well? Also, be sure to purge data/cache subdirectory content and see if that helps.

I hope to solve this problem without updating.. Updates are too often )) I hope it is possible.
Yes, I cleaned data/cache subdirectory. It does not help. It is a permanent problem of users with IE 8.

Okay, but if you check that with Live Demo - do you get the issue there as well?
I agree this might be quite inconvenient, yet switching to current version is the first troubleshooting step. You don't have to replace your existing version though, instead you can install the latest one separately and see if upgrading is worth it.

It's not supposed to be detected in WebMail Lite. Mobile view is only supported in WebMail Pro.

Sorry to bother you again, but did you disable the ability to change the logo as well? Does Webmail retrieve the Logos from your server or something?
I replaced the logo in the default theme folder, tried different browsers, made sure to clean the browser cache, cleared the data/cache folder, but the default logo still appears. After that I placed the new logo in all the other theme folders, just to be sure, still no change.
In 7.3 it was possible without any issue.
It would be very good to make it possible to purchase "Webmail Lite Plus" or something, in case someone wants only mobile view and branding, but doesn't require the other pro features.

Indeed, in v7.4 branding is the Pro feature. Default logo isn't really an image anymore - but still you can tweak CSS, put background image there and disable the font element which presents the logo.
And actually, WebMail Pro is much like intermediate offer you're referring to, as there's another product largely based on WebMail Pro but it offers much more advanced features - AfterLogic Aurora.
